C1.2: GENOMIC ADAPTATION IN PATHOGENIC OOMYCETES
My current research interest is the effector evolution in oomycetes, in particular the Hyaloperonospora arabidopsidis species complex. My aim is to elucidate the effect of host jumps on pathogenicity effectors with a broad spectrum of analytical tools, including transformation, molecular cloning, sequencing and heterologous expression.
