Research interests / current works

My research interests are multifarious, but mostly the ecosystem ‘forest’ inspires me. Tropical rainforests as well as native deciduous woodlands exert a fascination on me. In my current work, the scientific focus is on processes of autumnal senescence of different trees with differing foliage strategies.

Diploma thesis

Analysis on photosynthesis of oak hybrid (Quercus x hispanica) and their parental species during the winter half year.
